They do not care about customer service and are really dirty. Don?t order food from there it?s ALWAYS covered in black soot of... some sort from lack of cleaning grills, you?ll be lucky if you even get the cheese on your wrap instead of outside of it. Thecoffee tasted stale like they didn?t clean their machines it had a nasty after taste to it. When I ordered two doughnuts for mykids they threw them in the bag face down so all the frosting came off on the bag. They are slobs I have given them so manychances thinking oh it?s just a bad day it will be better but it never is. Save your money before you end up sick. Edit: this isrecent. Just go three coffees online. Ordered two of the brown sugar cream cold brews and didn?t receive the correct order. I asked the... gentleman because I have had it before and it just didn?t look right. But he said it was correct. So i took it and left then Ilooked at my receipt and it wasn?t right. There wasn?t any sweet cream cold foam which I payed for. Nor was there any cinnamonor brown sugar in the coffee itself. Just wasn't pleased with ordering here. Read more

I brought a special needs client. The staff totally blew him off, and didn't even bother giving him his donuts. My client never... lost his smile. And another lady help him. For the first time, my coffee was absolutely gross. Full of coffee grounds. I nevercomplained or made a scene. I will come again, hopefully the staff is having a better day. Read more
Although they didn?t have pesto for the sandwich we wanted to try, we asked them to surprise us with some type of caramel coffee... and they did NOT disappoint. It was amazingggggg. Cold brew with 3 caramel swirl and salted caramel cold foam is definitelyworth the try. The employees were happy, helpful, and nice. The only reason I'm gonna be generous enough to give them 2 stars is because the donuts were good. But they were put into the... bag lazily without any form of separation to my sandwich and the icing was all over the bag, which is also very unsanitary. Mycroissant sandwich was colder than room temperature and tasted like they slapped 3 week old ingredients on it without warming itup or cooking it at all. My tea was tea, you can't necessarily go wrong with putting ice in water. Read more
