Went in on Thanksgiving Monday around 4:00 p.m. it was a beautiful day and a perfect opportunity to have a family ice cream... outing. Unfortunately there was only one girl behind the counter and four different sets of customers waiting ...some of themstanding outside because location is super super small. I waited while she finished writing the name on one cake and then movedon to the next customer who ordered 2 cheese Hot Dogs and a blizzard. There was only one hot dog bun left and she had to get outall the different supplies including the cheese to make the one hot dog. One family left and then another family couple walkedaway and then finally I came to my senses and left as well because it didn't make sense to stand there 20 minutes for icecream. This location is very very very very run down and is operating on a skeleton string and there didn't appear to be anykind of temperature control. It was boiling in that small space. My heart really went out to the lone staff who was doing herbest and still being polite and conscientious despite the difficult working conditions on a stat holiday. So on that one point Iwould give her five stars. I'm surprised Dairy Queen as an overall company doesn't impose higher standards and quality controlfor the look and feel of one of the restaurants. I always thought that chain stores strive to have consistency across the boardbut this particular location looks like nobody's given it any TLC since 1990. As for the quality of the product I couldn't sayif the ice cream tasted as bad as the place looked. The freezer that had the ice cream cakes did not look like it was in goodshape and was all frosted over so you couldn't even see what they had on display. Read more
It's a little dairy Queen, the girl who attended me was nice even tho she had lots of orders and clients, to busy for the small... shop. Still great service Read more
Great customer service and the ice cream and food are soooo delicious! And yummy! Highly recommended.
Location is abit on the hidden side, but the staff was good in their knowledge, however not much options for topics to add on... icecream. Experience was good and services was quick ???? Read more
Do no go here if you're looking to have a message written on a cake you have purchased. Customer service was deplorable, was not... even offered a sorry for the inconvenience. Do no recommend at all. Read more
The most derelict DQ I?ve ever seen. Busted up parking lot strewn with rubbish, chains hanging on old entranceway beside a... broken Open sign, no bathroom, a single employee (who regularly hollers at non-customers using the parking lot), and only twopicnic tables (both too sticky and dirty to sit on). Not a great introduction of my wife and daughter to their first everDQ! Two stars as at least the ice cream was good. Read more
Small Dairy Queen. Not really too much of a place to hang out as there are only 2 small tables. Tried the Oreo Dirt Pie. It was... good though I wasn't too much a fan of the added gummies. Read more
I will never visit your location, every day I take my kids to school, pass by your location & the garage is always overflowing &... this place just looks dirty! I?m sure I?m not the only Perth at think this?. Read more
