I rarely go to fast food places, but had tried the Pretzel Pub burger once last time it was available and I liked it. So I went... today, I checked bag, all items were there, only to get home and find out the burger wasn't the complete Pub, missing toppingsand wasn't on the Pretzel bun, Very disappointing and it was not possible to return. Today I visited the Wendy's near my house w my mom and I have to say I was really pleased with the Service and the Food Quality!... Our attendant at the Chanya at the register was very friendly and went out of her way to provide excellent customer service. Wewill be visiting again soon for another Baconator! Thanks, David G. Below average as far as Wendy's and fast food restaurants in general go. I've been here several times and the staff always does... the bare minimum. Additionally, this location still doesn't have iced tea available. It's been years now and still nothing. Read more

I have been going to this Wendy?s quite a few times and they never seem to get anything right. They gave us our chicken... sandwiches without tomatoes and barely little mayo the first time and we only realised when we got home and could hardly eat itbecause it was so dry. Every time we go they make every single spicy chicken sandwich without tomatoes even though I remind themfrom the ordering window and still when I collect I have to hold up the line to ensure the tomatoes r in and guess what, theystill don?t put it in. They need training real bad. Today we went again and we decided to order baconators instead and guesswhat?? They forgot the BACON. Only reason I keep going back is because I live close by and the next Wendy?s is 20 minutes away.So I?m hoping somebody within the Wendy?s industry reads this and get some more training in about the making of the products.
