To be fair the cashier was gracious, however, the ?Manager? is not. Found my interaction with her very challenging. This... location is frankly dirty (worst I?ve ever seen of this brand). Windows & floors as well as condiment kiosk/trash receptaclearea are visibly soiled and the music (I LOVE music) but wayyyy too loud. Rach time I get a coffee it is always halfway full. No matter what I get. It's never filled to the top. Very disappointing. It's... not like they are busy, it 6:15AM. I have to go out of my way to a Starbucks on 136 st to get a properly filled drink. Read more
The reason I leave a 5 star is because of Kelsea. She knows her customers on a first name basis and remembers their orders. She... always goes above and beyond and shows she cares. She has the biggest infectious smile and exudes positivity! People like herare rare - she?s the reason I always come to this location!! Read more
Always love Starbucks because you know what you're going to get. Drinks were great! I wish the customer service was a little... better. The front register girl didn't acknowledge that we were standing there. And the other employees didn't speak to us atall. Just didn't feel super welcoming. Read more
All the employees at this location are amazing. From the manager, Anthony, to the baristas, Fern, Kelsea, and the others, I... always feel welcomed and appreciated. They are considerate to my needs (dairy sensitivity) and don?t get annoyed when I askquestions about modifying drinks to my needs. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Starbucks location. Constantly perfecting my matcha/chai latte combo. Today homegirl behind the counter saw my ?extra cinnamon powder? request and... took it upon herself to shake that into the latte as well as sprinkle on top. M?Lady, you are changing lives out here!
