Overall the food was great. Chicken was juicy as I like it. Rice was great also. Fast service.

The absolute worst place ever. They had the place locked down even though there was people dining inside. Wouldn?t let me inside... to pick up my order and made me wait outside in 90 degree weather after a storm so the humidity was horrible. No explanation. Ifinally told them I wasn?t waiting outside anymore and heard people complaining waiting almost an hour for their mobile order.Heard a worker say if you can wait then cancel your order. I mean this is just unbelievable. On top of the fact that people wereordering and eating inside so they just decided to lock up the place to not let more people come inside. I understand if theyare swamped but that was the most backward and unprofessional way to deal with it. All the doors were locked inside and a womancouldn?t get out. Talk about a fire hazard. My order wasn't right. I requested a whole family meal and I got 4 chicken breast, 1 leg and nothing else ????this location... always have an issued with the orders it's not the first time. The need better management and training!!! Read more
Been sitting in line for 15 mins and the line hasn't moved. The girl at the drive through is EXTREMELY slow.
Dayna, Amber, Jaden, and Destiny are amazing employees. What a Great team that is always professional and friendly. This is one... of my favorite Pollo Tropical to visit. The food is always hot and very fast. The outdoor seating is great because it is shaded.It is a little tricky to find because it is nesteled in a hidden area. What a great job Destiny does with cooking the chicken onthe grill. Jaden always remembers my name and orders. Dayana is very kind and polite and customer service oriented. Amber alwaysgreets us with a smile they all deserve a raise or paid vacation. There's a lot of seating inside and outside. The bathroom isalways cleaned and sanitized. Their are 3 handicap parking areas for wheel chairs. They get 5 stars in my book. Read more
UPDATE 11/9/22: called multiple times no one answers the phone. ?Owner? responds to my review with no real solution. What a... joke. According to Google, this location closes at 10pm. I went to the Pollo Tropical website and placed an order at 8:45pm,order was supposed to be ready by 9:00pm. Came into the store at 9:10pm and was told they were not able to complete my orderbecause the store is closed and googles info is incorrect. To make matters worst, the manager on duty stated she was not ableto process my refund, I would have to either call or come in the next day. So instead of leaving with food after a long day ofwork, I now have the arduous task of chasing who ever I have to chase to get my money back. You guys need to do better. None ofthis makes sense for a business open in 2022. Correct your information and make it possible for your managers to be able toprovide a refund or compensation in situations such as this. Read more
