Honestly I ordered from DoorDash 20 minutes before closing and I felt bad but it?s the only thing open around me. And they... purposely gave me old food I threw everything out. I mean it was so stale it was inedible I?m really upset. They could oratleast canceled my order and I rather of starved than spend almost 40$ for my food that I couldn?t eat. Not okay. Read more

Very very slow. Missing items from order. Had to wait and wait to be acknowledged and taken care of. Ordered soda...wasn't asked... what kind they decided for us. Soda machine not working in dining room. People who ordered on Kiosk took a number. They didn'tcall that number. So people didn't know their orders were ready. One person said the waited an hour then they couldn't findtheir order. Would not recommend this McDonalds to anyone. Read more
The service is pretty good, but it takes a while. Do not go here at 4 PM because Tequesta Trace Middle schoolers will invade... this place in weekdays. If you do live here it's a nice little place to hang out with your friends. Read more
I made an online order of 20 nuggets and 2 large fries. They give me my bag with only one fries, when I tell them that I am... missing one of the fries they assure me that there were in the bag (assuming that I decided to hide one of them) to which myanswer was that they were wrong. (They also forget my sauces.) The manager comes and her response was "I'm sure she put thefries as she is very experienced in this job." Can barely hear their drive through speakers. Servers are young and unfriendly and definitely didnt undergo customer service... training. It seems they hate working at Mcdonalds. Jeez kiddos if you dont like your work, you better quit and find anotherjob! Read more
We sat on the drive through line from 10:30 pm to 11pm. The line barely moved and when we finally got to the window to order we... were told, its 11 o?clock now so we are closed. I asked the guy outside that after waiting patiently 30 minutes on the linethey were not going to serve us? It was literally 11 pm on the dot. Instead of honoring the customers who sat waitingpatiently for 30 minutes they decided to send us away. What a terrible waste of time and extremely poor customer service!! I was severely disappointed with my order. i ordered a big mac and was infuriated to find what seemed to be spit on my cheese... when i simply asked them to add cheese when they simply forgot to originally. i will not be returning to this mcdonald?s untilproper management gets their priorities straight.
