I grew up coming here my family and I have always loved it. I came today ordered meat raviolis after waiting 20 minutes i asked... the server if the food was coming out soon. He went and checked and proceeded to tell me they ran out of ravioli;/ would havebeen nice to know 20 minutes earlier since we had to go back to work .... I ended up having a watery pasta fagoli for lunch andleft hungry..... The server was nice as it wasn't his fault. The restaurant also felt muggy ????. What a let down. Read more
La Torretta is an absolutely amazing dining experience. The food is outstanding, particularly the pizza and chicken francaise.... The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. In particular, the server, Tony, is one of the best that we have everexperienced. He served us last night and he was so attentive, informative and extremely warm and friendly. He was always readyto make sure that we had everything we needed at all times. Highly recommend this neighborhood Italian food specialty gem. Read more
Simply amazing. Food was great and the portions are huge. I can't say enough about the quality of food, but what out shines the... food was the service provided by Tony. Hubby and I came for lunch today. I had Veal Marcella and he had penne a la vodka. My veal came with a side of either pasta,... spinach or broccoli. I choose spinach done with garlic. The spinach was sooo salty that I couldn't eat it. The sauce for theveal was very nice however the veal was to thick and overcooked. The penne was OK. Always get great service from Miguel. Large glasses of wine and Sangria with pineapple is $10. Lasagna, Spaghetti, Fettuccine... Alfredo all have been great. First round of garlic rolls are free, we always get a second basket. They seat every other table togive people space. Read more
Tried to support local restaurants. However I don?t know how they can messed up on pizza. Vegetable s were cold ( looks like... they used frozen vege). I didn?t care about service either. They have outside seating which I liked. Read more
Great food, very nice staff. The booths are a bit small for "big guys", but they got plenty of tables. Very well worth it
