I loved the banana and strawberry ice cream with marshmallows mixed in. We were disappointed that the young lady helping us... didn?t even offer to mix one of our orders for some reason. I feel like that is the cool part of this place- and the young ladyjust put the order of two flavors and two toppings straight into the cup and handed it to my man. He thought she was going tojust plop it on the cold stone after putting the ingredients in the cup- but then she just handed it to him? I think theemployees should always offer to mix it- rather than assume. Thankfully for the second one which was mine, she did offer to mixit before she put it into the cup. I've been going to Cold Stone for as many years as they have been open (many years) and as good as this establishment is... consistency in serving customers has been so variable from employees to serving size to amount of ingredients. Their training isinsufficient. A business run by children is inappropriate. BUT the quality of the product and the menu selections are quiteattractive and adequate enough to persuade to return (lucky for them). And the existence of their coupons also helps to convinceone to return since their prices are not that enticing. Read more
