Horrible customer service. The person that served me barely greeted me and rushed through my order using as few words as... possible even though I was the only customer there. She handled my sandwich in the worst possible manner, placing theingredients and wrapping it up with the least care possible. When opening my sandwich, it was literally shattered to pieces withsauce everywhere. I should have left it there and not paid honestly. DO NOT GO THERE. Read more

Worst experience ever!! I am vegetarian so I asked the girl to change her gloves because she was touching meat with the same... gloves which she was wearing while making sandwiches for other people. I asked politely but she got mad and angry. Instead ofchanging her gloves she spoke rudely and told the other girl to make the sandwich. They were mocking for being asked to changethe gloves. Unfortunately had a bad experience. The employer who served me was rushing and impatient even though there was no one in line. I... was gonna ask for honey mustard and she put normal mustard. I asked for Chipotle, she didn?t even hear it. I unfortunately didntget her name, but it was a Asian women. Hope I have a better experience if I ever go back. Read more

I am not giving this review any lower because usually this place has efficient service and a good staff but, I was more than... disapointed with my last order. This review is aimed at an particular employee, who not only gave me poor customer service,didnt even give me the right meat for my order. I too work in customer service (in the same mall might I add) and i understandthe frustrations and/or when you're not feeling top shape to deal with some difficult customers. I'm a firm believer thatEVERYONE should work in customer service at least once in their life to understand what employees go through sometimes. However,the service was bad. First of all, she completly stopped serving me because another customer had ordered online and hissandwhich was ready. Understandable, his order was ready and she wanted to serve him, no problem. So I repeat my order and I seeher reach for the tuna (I odered the chicken ranch and bacon) and ask her: "Is that the chicken?" and she says: "Yes". I'mtrying to stay polite and ask her: "Are you sure?" and she blatantly confirms that the tuna is chicken. Now if it was just asmall mistake it would not even be a problem but she clearly didn't even care plus there is a price difference between the twosandwhiches. Now, I didn't want to cause a conflict and I was mid shift so time wasn't on my side. So I paid for my overpricedheated tuna sandwhich and left quite unsatisfied. I am a pretty patient individual and don't mind mistakes as long the personacknowledges it and cares (or at least pretends to care) about customer service. It's your typical subway restaurant, but placed in a convenient mall near students, office workers and available for a quick... dinner at anytime. The only problem is the small size of it and no unlimited refills as far as I know. Since we're at AlexisNihon there, the place is ideal for groups, but the chain shares the chairs and tables with other restaurants, which can also bebad depending of the situation. Great nonetheless.
