Brianna had a horrible attitude. There was ice melt on top of pizza boxes. After waiting 35 minutes for our food on a dine in... order, Brianna informed me they had a lot of delivery orders and bumped them in front of ours. Ours hadn't even gone in theoven. When I asked for a refund she then informed me it just went in and she couldn't. Then she said fine but refused to refundcompletely. So for over a $38 charge to my debit card she gave me back $27 without food. They were so behind but one of themkept going outside to smoke and linger, the girls stayed on the phones, and there were 2 guys working constantly. One even saidyou're supposed to prioritize dine in. He was supposedly the manager but Brianna wouldn't let him talk, kept reiterating thatshe had the same level authority as him and refused to let him try to make the situation better. Toxic.... I don?t like the food they serve here pizza is nasty and they hardly put sauce on it the bread tastes strange, almost like... rubber. The only thing that is decent here is there wings.
