I?m giving this 1 a zero if possible Wednesday I took my elderly mom to have fun and my mothers license is expired and we... understand the policy and respect that.What I didn?t appreciate is the associates tone she was very disrespectful to my mom andraises her voice at my mom Who is 70 by the way.She completely humiliated my mom .She needs training on how to treatcustomers.We came in on Tuesday 3/3/2021 .I hope the management knows what?s happening when they are not there .I truly hopethis associate gets training on customer service Read more

Would give lower review if I could. Walked in for a coffee and was told to leave because I had a vertical (valid and not... expired) state issue driver's license. Guy behind the counter first asked me why it was vertical, I explained, and then thismoron says "you can't be in here. it's our policy not to serve vertical licenses." I'm 23. Read more
Walked in and was treated very poorly. Man behind the counter was rude. Snapped and said he was full, that we couldn't be there.... I've been there before and Never, NEVER was told we couldn't be there. I stated we would wait, he raised his voice and told uswe had to leave. Will definitely never step back into one of these stores or any of their sister stores. Business owners need todo background checks on their employees and train them better. Read more
