the girl at drive thru was not having a good day at all. i went to pick up an online order she had told me to pull up to the... window.i get to the window she opens the window just to stare at me not a hello or a how can i help you, not friendly orwelcoming at all she rolled her eyes after i had to tell her AGAIN i?m here to pick up my order (i had already given her all myinformation at the speaker) i had asked for my receipt to be able to fill out the survey. she closed the window on me. verydisappointing service. i will not be coming back to this location she made me feel bad for placing an online order. she made itseem like it was such an inconvenience. Ordered 3 cups of broccoli cheddar soup online 2 hours before pickup and once I got there it was a 15 minute wait on soups.... What's the point of ordering ahead? This location is a joke. Read more
Good food! They sometimes can take a little bit in the drive-thru but I don?t mind because the food is good! Edit: ordered a... salad no tomato or blue cheese and got tomatoes and blue cheese, all while the salad receipt said no to those options. It?simportant to see what options customers pick on their orders. Maybe it?s habit to just make those salads regular like always. Iget it but blue cheese is nasty! This place can't get an order right. This is now 3rd and last time I've gone there and asked for light mustard only to get... mayo. I hate mayo, and can't eat anything with mayo on it. How do you make this same mistake 3 times to the same person? Iget it on way to work, so I don't have a chance to return or get something else. So I basically have to live with no lunch. Also when I went I was only car in line so they can't blame being busy. Calling on phone got me no where, and I'm sure i'll getprompted to email some corporate email, that no one will ever answer. Went to the drive through this evening and the girl taking my order was NOT having a good day. I'm a laid back person but I got... barked at immediately when trying to order two things they were out of (like I was supossed to know). I quickly chose differentitems. She spoke so fast I felt flustered and just ordered whatever so I could get out of there. I ordered a turkey sandwichbecause they were unable to make a wreck sandwich and I ended up with a grilled chicken. I'm not a complainer but I won't begoing back, I felt like a burden. Read more
I honestly never had a bad experience at Potbelly. They are always on point but finding a BIG bug (alive!!) in your food ain?t... it. More than half way down I see it, unfortunately. I understand as a food environment they have to be extra careful and Idon?t think this happen. I hope they can make a change and I don?t know if I?m able to be a customer anytime soon.
