This place has really gone downhill. "Fast" in not in their vocabulary. Terribly slow, inconsistent service, broken credit... card machine, under-staffed and full of excuses. Will not be using them again until they can get their act together. Shame onthe owners of this franchise! Read more
Me and my coworkers usually order from here multiple times throughout the week however, today I had the worst experience and... will not be ordering from here again. I placed an order that said it would be delivered at 11:30 with specific deliveryinstructions so the driver did not get confused. Around 11 I get a call that blt couldn?t be made due to them being out of baconso I changed my order and allowed more time for the order to be delivered. I got a notification that the order was complete acouple minutes later. However, I still did not have my order. So I gave them a call and they said that the delivery turns tocomplete after they assign a driver but assured me my order was on its way. About an hour passed and I gave them another callregarding the whereabouts of my order. The employee stated that the delivery guy left at 11:31 and she had no clue what wastaking him so long but said he was a very ?slow? driver at this time it is 12:46. I said no problem I just wanted to make sureit is actually on its way and again the women assured me that I would be receiving my order. 1:26 came still no signs of myorder so I gave them another phone call this time the women tells me the driver dropped it off however, he did not. my place ofemployment has multiple of doors but they are clearly labeled and I gave specific instructions and the specific door is labeledin the address but I went around to the other door he could?ve possible went to and it was not there and they said no one hadcame by with any food. The women then says you can speak yo my GM so I spoke to this women and she states ? my delivery driversaid he delivered it to the exact location and I am going to take his word for it, you?re sandwich has been delivered and youhave your order? I was completely taken back with this statement since I am the customer who still never received my order thatI had been waiting for since 11:30. Slow delivery and sometimes not at all, my daughter had to go to the store to get her money back when our delivery never came... and was told that the manager wasn?t in and she would have to return later. Bad enough the delivery never came, but to have togo to the store 2 times to get your money back was ridiculous. Read more

This used to be great and our go to location. In the past month or so their deliveries have been very inconsistent taking 45... minutes to 1 hour for 1 sandwich combo. Today it took 2 hours and 20 minutes to receive the order that we placed at 12:00pm Itwas 3 sandwiches, 3 chips, and 2 drinks- so not an especially large order. I understand staffing issues but at some point youhave to communicate with the customers that you can't accept any more orders. Maybe disable online orders and phone for a shortperiod (20 Minutes) so you can catch up. Read more
If I can give this location a negative 20 I would!!! I always order my sandwich at least 1 hour before my lunch break and they... come an hour after my lunch. I order at 11:35am I went on lunch at 12:35pm and I received my food 1:35pm. This location is theabsolute worst. I called this location and the lady that answered on 11/8/2022 around 12:53pm was extremely rude telling me Ihave to wait another 25 mins. No longer ordering from this location. Read more
