Village road inn Dunkin? Donuts is right next to my house. I can only go there in the morning as that is the only staff that... know how to properly make the food and drinks. I love the vanilla chai drink but no one knows how to make them here. I?ve gottenit 3x now where it?s not even drinkable! I wish their staff would get more training on all drinks. Great crew at downtown Westminster MA location. Sometimes understaffed, so they have to close the walk in area, but drive thru... is open. They are working hard to deliver the service people expect, but please be patient with them. They have been open allthru the pandemic, doing their best. Read more
I never write reviews but they never get my order right. I used to stop here on my way to work but decided to go somewhere else... because I would always end up with an undrinkable coffee and wasting my money. I always ask for milk only and some how it alwaysgets messed up. You?re better off saving your money and driving to a different dunkin?. Read more
easily the worst dunkin in a 25 mile radius but the only one on the way so I don?t have much to choose from. staff is... unfriendly, unorganized, and don?t greet you or anything. SKIP THIS DUNKINS GO TO NEXT EXIT!! This place is ????. It took 20 minutes to get our order of chocolate milk and 2 coffees. ... One coffe was supposed to be ice but was hot. I would give them 0 stars if I could.. 3 associates looked at me standing at the counter and none acknowledged me. They have... hand written signs that say "drive through only trucks only" yet I watch a lady walk out with a bag of food and a coffee. Therewere no truckers there so why was I not given the same services. I learned today that taking out the trash is more importantthan helping a paying customer. Read more
