Randomly stopped in Westminster for lunch and found this place. Wow! The menu was amazing, the service was great, and we walked... away wishing this place was closer to our home! Went for an early dinner. Had Tropical wings, cream of crab soup (not pictured) seafood Mac n Cheese, Maple bacon glazed salmon... & shrimp and everything was delicious. Monica was our server and she was great. Informed us of the specials and recommended somedishes including the cream of crab which was really good. The cocktails were not strong enough for me but there were tasty.Definitely will visit again. Read more
A dozen shucker's choice oysters, stuffed Porterhouse steak, medium rare - stuffing was a gargantuan crab cake covered with an... imperial sauce; a warmed-up chocolate mousse cake, with a dip of vanilla deliciousness! Pictures tell a thousands words andsecretions of the saliva glands! By the way, the deep fried cauliflower as an appetizer is the BEAST of the BOMB! I loved the vibe there, it seems to be the best bar in town. However, food I ordered (shrimp taco) wasn?t so good. At the end,... it was very impressive that they bring set of cakes for us to choose if we want to. This locally-owned restaurant stays busy for a reason! Our party of 2 dined at Rocksalt on Tuesday evening for the first time... since the pandemic. We were impressed with the first-class service we received from Keke, our server, with her bubblypersonality, great recommendations, & attentiveness. We will definitely request her on our next visit! The restaurant ambianceis inviting & very clean. The food was absolutely delicious & plentiful! It was hard to narrow down our meal choices with all ofthe appealing items on the menu. We had the special of seafood imperial with mashed potatoes & brussel sprouts, watermelon &feta salad, shuckers choice raw oysters, & fried green tomatoes. I ordered a strawberry mojito which consisted of freshingredients & perfectly made. All of the staff were so friendly and the manager, Tony, came over several times to check on oursatisfaction & make conversation, which speaks volumes for the restaurant management. This is a wonderful restaurant! My sister and I traveled to New Windsor to drop off some emergency kits to the IOCC warehouse... and we stopped at the Rocksalt Grille for lunch. We knew we were in for a treat when there were at least a dozen people waitingfor the restaurant to open! This place is too cute! It's not too big and they have a nice sized patio out back. Food isabsolutely delicious and I had a Southern Lemonade(I think that's what it was called?) that was yummy. Our server was veryattentive, but not overbearing. She made some suggestions and our food came quickly. My sister and I both had scallops, butmade differently. Mine had a balsamic glaze with feta and my sister had them broiled. We even split a piece of lemon cake andit, too, was heavenly. Nice and light. If you are in the area, stop in at the Rocksalt Grille....you will love your meal! Read more
