What a dump. Not only was this place dirty inside and excessively cold inside, but the people running this place get off on... harassing children. Passing through this town to grab a donut for my 3 yr old son; he asked for a pink donut. The man ringing usup questioned him not once, not twice, but three times-asking him "You want a PINK donut??" in a condescending tone. He thenshook his head, packaged the pink donut and handed him a chocolate one. Guess 3 yr old boys are now being ostracized for wantinga pink donut. Hope their children don't feel this way in such a small, undiverse town. Small town, small mind. Grow up losers. Read more
Terrible service ,always get my orders wrong , can barely understand some of the workers, it?s just a sad excuse of a place of... business. I have put in for mobile orders with exactly what I want and how it?s made and it is not been correct a single time. Read more
Extremely over packed in the store and no one tells you that your order is ready! One of the employees who is always there is... rude and stares at you uncomfortably (creepy) and barely acknowledges you! Today's visit was the worst yet! Our food sat andwhen I asked... the same gentleman was rude to me because I asked for warm hash browns! Our order had been sitting and NO ONEtold us! Very disappointed!!! Read more
The staff was great . Service was speedy. The pumpkin muffin was so dry and all crumbs. I had to put it in a cup and use a... spoon. The glazed doughnuts were smashed and stale. Read more
DD has been there for me on some of my "darkest" days lol a true friend indeed! lmao JIBRAN is ABSOLUTELY amazing!! its BECAUSE... of his IRREPLACEABLE management ethics, customer service qualities & his "down to earth" personality that has him treat EVERYONEas people not objects.... that AMERICA RUNS ON DUNKIN... without JIBRAN, AMERICA WOULD RUN FROM DUNKIN! No toilet paper, water in womens bathroom is only hot burnt my daughters hands. Also when asked for toilet paper and for the man... who was taking my order to please have him answer costumers when They ask a question. The response was well what would you likeus to do? I want you to have him do his job. The Dunkin only does well if it only has one costumer to deal with at a time. Read more
This is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to in my life. They take forever to have your order ready (I order it before I even... leave my house), and they somehow never know what food you order with your coffee. I constantly have to remind them despite themhaving access to the order on the computer and on the printed out ticket. They have also forgot the flavoring in probably 3/5 ofthe coffees I've ordered. Disappointing to keep paying for bad service and bad coffee. Read more
Interior of store is dirty and the customer service was not very good (took a few minutes to get service and there were no other... customers around). Hard to put it into words, but the place just does not feel friendly. The coffee was mediocre as well. Read more
