Terrible location, on 9/7 used the drive through, $12 worth of food from a $36 order missing. They don't answer the phone, ... corporate never responded to my complaint. They got the meats but they got lousy customer service. Too many decent choices inthe area to waste money on this place. But great if you're looking to cut back at meal time because you won't get a third of thefood anyway. Read more
Not one car at the Arby's. I waited 10 minutes in line by myself and everything was cold and old. Will never return. No wonder... sonic across the street has all the service there. 4/23/2022 Drive thru Rude order taker! Order processor got order wrong! Order "cook" burnt the chicken! All the bread from 5... sandwiches was hard! Ordered a reg roast beef, got a "stale bread, beef and cheddar with about 4 slices of meat"! And theworkers want $15 an hour or more! Close the store would be simpler! I gave 4 stars based on the food, not on the service. I walked in the door at 6:09 and had my order taken at 6:24, I was there... only one in line. The staff walked past me so many times without acknowledging me. I understand that they are s short staffedbut their total focus is drive thru.
