Wow, I've never had such bad service at any Wendy's especially this one. I don't know if only two people were working (that is... all I saw from the drive through window), but it took 15 minutes to even get my order in, then another 5-10 to get a soda andfries. Tried to order a frosty, but they didn't have chocolate or vanilla, only strawberry? I know it is hard to keep fast foodworkers these days, but maybe they should have a sign in the parking lot that says there are extended wait times before peopleget trapped in the drive through. This place has the worst service and employees! Everytime we go, we wait at least 20-30 min in line and another 10 at the... intercom. The food is another 20 min. I have been there 3 times in the past 2 weeks and had to wait 45min to 1hr for cold foodand wrong order. Management needs to train the teens better and get a team that wants to work. Oh and the dining area is neveropen. I will not ever go back to this Wendy's ever again. I'd rather drive across town for better service! Read more

Got 10% of my order. They gave me two small fries instead of two large, no condiments, gave me the wrong size of nuggets and... regular instead of spicy, and didn?t give me the coupon I PAID for. I have had nothing but awful experiences with this location.Not to mentioned the unwashed hair and unbrushed teeth of the employees, I don?t even want to eat there with the level ofpersonal hygiene that these people display. I initially came here for hot chicken sandwiches and when I got home me and my wife noticed we had the entirely wrong order! I... called and a manager named Michelle was so nice and understanding! She made me feel heard and resolved our issue to where itwasn?t as big of a deal anymore! Amazing service and I hope she?s there next time I go so I can thank her personally! Read more

This is one of the most consistent Wendy?s I?ve ever been to. I consistently receive poor customer service every time I try to... place an order at this particular restaurant. Every time I tell myself I?m going to be disappointed and dissatisfied if I entertheir parking lot. Every time I?m right. Every time I end up going to another restaurant. Every time. Ordered through the app, apparently it doesn't keep track of what's in stock. I ordered a baked potato and all they had were... fries so when I went there to pick it up that's what they tried to give instead. I asked for a refund since I paid in the appand conveniently for them they said the computers were down. When I made a comment about not liking fries the reply I got was"that's your opinion". I'm pretty sure that person was a manager too. Very unprofessional! Read more

Bought two 4 for $5 and two 4 for $4 combos. One was missing fries, one was missing nuggets, one had regular nuggets instead of... spicy, the fries were hard and cold. Tried to call back so I could let them know and after 10 times of calling and ringing withno answer I finally gave up. When I was there I was literally the only one in the drive thru and lobby was closed (11am). Theyweren't busy so not sure why they couldn't get the order right or answer the phone. Read more
