Always under staffed & inconsistent service. The inside dining is always closed even during normal business hours & there have... been at least 5 times where they refused to correct simple mistakes on my drive through orders. If anything I?ll take this asmotivation to do better meal prep for my work week. I only stop when I didn?t pack enough food for my lunch break. My work truckdoesn?t fit going through the drive through. Please do better by hiring more people of what ever needs to happen to providebetter service. Hopefully I?ll have reason to change my review. Entire order was wrong and cold. Buns all busted up. Cold fries and nuggets. No sauces. I didn?t check the bag at the window... because they put a sticker on it and I didn?t want to be rude but clearly I made a mistake assuming they could follow the simpleinstructions that they do every day. Ended up tossing it and getting food elsewhere. I tried to call and ask for help but theperson that answered was extremely rude and wanted to argue. Wendy?s used to be my favorite but I don?t see myself having it fora while after tonight?s gross experience. Read more

I ordered a four piece spicy nuggets they were old and hard and barely warm. And I ordered the bacon pub fries with extra... cheese, I thought that they would put the shredded cheese like with the baconator fries but instead I got what looked like waterdon't coffee creamer a lot of very watery something that does not look like any cheese I'm aware of and so the fries kind ofsoaking up all of that very liquidy substance and the burnt bacon on top of almost no cheese at all is very disappointing to saythe least. I also ordered a junior cheeseburger deluxe and the bottom bun I think may have been left out the air for too long orI don't know if it was an old bun or something but unless it's toasted it shouldn't have hard edges. Very very unpleasantexperience at this location this time. I sure hope that the next time I go to that location it will not be as unpleasant. Read more

WENDY'S WAS THE PICK FOR LUNCH!!! I FELT LIKE I WAS THE FIRST ONE TO GET FOOD CUZ ALL MY 12 HAMBURGERS WERE PRETTY TO LOOK AT... AND THEY WERE SOFT AND TASTY!!!! EVEN 2 HOURS LATER THEY WERE SOFT!!!! Semi cold breakfast fries. Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit sandwich was nothing to brag about. They only give you one napkin at... counter. All napkin boxes in dining area are empty. Have to get an employee to let you into bathroom. Read more

They have messed up on multiple orders and when we called to let them know about the issues the manager on duty said I'm one of... them when I asked to talk with a manager then once I started letting her know about the issues she went completely quit and thenonce I was done talking there was no response and she hung up on us, their quality of service is terrible as all get out, nocustomer service at all. Very disappointed with this Wendy's location, won't be buying from them again In the near future ????. Read more

If you're the owner of this store and looking at this I'd encourage you to start accepting cardless payment methods, such as... Google Pay or Apple Pay. This has been a thing for nearly 10 years. Its use among those under 50 with an income has beenincreasing at a rapid rate since it's release. I can only imagine the lost profits you must have when nearly all other majorfast food chains accept Google and Apple pay. Read more
