Extremelyyyy disappointing. Placed an online order and had to wait in store for 15 minutes after the time we were told it would... be ready, and didn?t even get half of what we paid for. We bought a sandwich, two cookies, a bag of chips, and a fountain drink,and all we got was the sandwich and one cookie. I?ve never had a subway sandwich put together so sloppily. Read more
I ordered online, immediately after it says that my order was confirmed and then 2 minutes later it says order cancelled with no... reason why. I call the store (5 times) and no one answers. I ordered a foot long sub to be toasted. Not sure if there was an issue with the oven but the cheese was barely melted. So they... put it in a second time. When they asked what I wanted I had asked for some chopped up onions. The employee looked confused thensaid I don't feel comfortable doing that. I then said ok can the other guy do it. The employee responded no I have othercustomers in line (3people who came in together). That's it that was the last of what I wanted on the sub. We spent more timetalking about it than if he actually would have done it. Every other subway in Colorado will cut up the long lengths of onionsif you ask but what kills me is; Hello! I'm a customer too! Take care of me before you worry about the rest. I will never returnto this subway and for those reading this, 1 mile away on E120th is another subway. I have never had a worse subway sandwich in my life, but firstly the worker would not let me apply the 2 for $10 coupon, so for... over$9 my supposed turkey sub was essentially a sliver of turkey and he then drenched it with mayo and mustard making it soggydripping disgusting and wet. I went to get a kids meal for my son with a free meal coupon. The coupon did not say that this location was excluded. I went... through the line and had his meal made. When I got to the cashier they would not accept the coupon. The reason I am frustratedis because they ended up throwing the sandwich away for nothing. Just got a sub 5 min ago. The kid was rude and you could tell he didn?t appreciate all the customers. I got home and had to... redistribute the meat evenly and I asked for subway vinaigrette not just vinegar. Also the bread was so smashed I just threw itaway. A complete waste of time and money. What happened to this place, it used to be my go to subway. Careful who you hire Iguess. I don?t recommend this place Monday through Friday at all. You will be disappointed!!!! Read more
