Paige is so gracious and kind! The online hours say this location closes at 8pm, but it actually closes at 7. My husband and I... arrived at 6:58 only to realize they would be closing in 2 minutes. We were about to leave, but Paige was so sweet andencouraged us to still order. She really went the extra mile! Read more

Tried to purchase a cup at 7:45pm and there were no employees to be found. I checked back a few minutes later and still no... employee. I checked out my groceries and walked back over. There was a person playing on his phone, who refused to look up oracknowledge me for a few minutes. As soon as the clock rolled over to 8:01 he looked up, said "I'm closed now" then looked backdown. If that's the kind of lazy, useless employees you have I have NO problem going to the Starbucks across the street, where Ialways get excellent service from employees who actually work while in the job. My son with severe nut allergies wanted a Cake Pop. I asked the young man behind the desk what the ingredients in the cake pops... were. He told me he didn't know and turned around and walked away. I asked him if they had the list of ingredients somewhereand he responded, no. I was the only customer at the time and he was extremely rude and dismissive. Luckily, another employeewho wasn't working was standing nearby. She walked behind the counter, grabbed the ring of cards with ingredients listed andhelped me out. 5 stars to her! O stars to him. All employees should be trained to help with this. This is life and death formy kid. Read more

I tried to ask for a coffee with no lid. Before I could even explain, the coffee was being poured and they told me I HAD to get... a lid. And the woman that rang me up was super rude and ?informed? me the other option is to bring your own. I understand that.I was just asking a question and had to buy it anyways even when I said I didn?t want it if I had to have a lid. There is justSOO much plastic in the oceans. I wish Starbucks would hold themselves more accountable. And be kind to people asking questions. Read more

The lines are long during peak hours but otherwise it's nice to have drive thru so close to home
