Tried to purchase a cup at 7:45pm and there were no employees to be found. I checked back a few minutes later and still no... employee. I checked out my groceries and walked back over. There was a person playing on his phone, who refused to look up oracknowledge me for a few minutes. As soon as the clock rolled over to 8:01 he looked up, said "I'm closed now" then looked backdown. If that's the kind of lazy, useless employees you have I have NO problem going to the Starbucks across the street, where Ialways get excellent service from employees who actually work while in the job. My son with severe nut allergies wanted a Cake Pop. I asked the young man behind the desk what the ingredients in the cake pops... were. He told me he didn't know and turned around and walked away. I asked him if they had the list of ingredients somewhereand he responded, no. I was the only customer at the time and he was extremely rude and dismissive. Luckily, another employeewho wasn't working was standing nearby. She walked behind the counter, grabbed the ring of cards with ingredients listed andhelped me out. 5 stars to her! O stars to him.
