Sadly my custom drink ended up in the trash. As I attempted to tell the barista about the misstep they were making I was... overridden with their attempt to "get it right." Even my verbal discomfort and body language didn't stop them. They did offer toremake the drink if I didn't like it. However going back to have it remade now creates the scene I was attempting to avoid tobegin with. And when you don't listen initially, I don't have any greater confidence you are going to be willing to listen thenext time. My scone wasn't fresh but was edible. Very busy, loud but fun, great pumpkin spice latte.
Live by here so go here quite a lot. The employees are always so nice and friendly. Love how kind they are. The consistency is... excellent. I get the same drink everytime. They're also very fast given the traffic. Long looking lines usually go fast for thedrive-thru. My only criticism is I do not get why they changed the drive-thru menu location so it now is earlier in the line.You can't see the menu until you're on it now whereas before you could see it while the person in front of you orders so now itslows people down more (including myself). Please consider moving it back to where it was. Read more
