I had an amazing experience at this Starbucks. The coffee is always delicious and fresh, and I really enjoy their sandwiches and... pastries too. They always have such a variety of options to choose from, and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Went in for a medium iced coffee...asked for cream in my coffee and wanted to upcharge me 1.20 to add cream..verified that I... wasn't getting anything other than iced coffee with normal cream, not additional cream, no alteration of the cream, noadditional staff resources needed to make this simple drink. The barista just said sorry i just work here i dont make therules..i said im good, wasnt paying for cream for cream to be added. I'm sorry starbucks charging people for cream in theircoffee is a new policy I can't support. Needless to say I felt compelled to let people know that starbucks is now charging toput cream in coffee. Had a online order over $40.00 worth. All drinks containing milk was spoiled and had milk curds in it. I called the store and... explained what happened and the lady on the phone was super nice and said they are able to redo the drinks.. I come into thestore and explain again that i?m the one who called and Marisa was very rude in regards to remaking them letting me know theynever get this many drinks wrong and they will only do this one time? If I am spending $40 worth of your inventory it SHOULD NOTbe spoiled. Read more
