Google says they are open until 10PM. I've gone three times between 8:45 and 9:30PM... and they were closed everytime. I called... tonight at 8:35PM and it rang and then hung up on me. Called the same number again and it was sent to fax. Called a third timeand someone answered to say they were closing early due to short staffed. I suggested they edit their hours on Google... but itdidn't sound like they cared. Read more

I love Sonic, but this location has become subpar to the point that I'm doubting Sonic Corporate's decision making for not... terminating this franchisee's licensing rights for their willful and flagrant disregard for the terms set forth in Sonic'sfranchise agreement. From inconsistent hours of operation (rushing to close at 8pm on a Friday??), poor inventorycontrol/management (how do you manage to run out of Sonic menu staples like Oreos AND bananas, all while being located acrossthe street from a grocery store), and inconsistent quality (making a Reese's peanut butter shake and forgetting the peanutbutter is almost unbelievable) --- it's clear that these issues are a matter of mismanagement and it's management's duty to stepup and take their duties more seriously. Instead of encouraging customers to just reach out to the franchise owner, Sonic maywant to take action themselves to protect their brand image because it's tanking in this area. Read more

The slowest Sonic ive ever been to. You have to park in certain spots if you?re paying with cash and other spots if you?re... paying with a card. And if you pay in cash it has to be exact because they don?t have change? this place is ran like completetrash. Read more

F for the manager handling a situation. I have been sitting at the stall for over 10min ,after asking about the order noone... seemed to know anything. No concrete answer,so I went into the store to ask. Met by the manager who did not gave an answereither,only complaint about my manners. In front of all staff the only thing he came up with is to cancel the order. How smartof you...shows leadership...not at all. You need lots more training. The sad part is the order was for some else, I only wantedto deliver in time. Read more

Ordered online and asked if all my condiments were in the stapled shut bag. I was assured the we're. They weren't. Tots were... half full. And my drinks didn't have the add ons. Kids were disappointed. Read more

I never thought I would give a bad review to a place I go to alot..but here it goes. My husband recently had open heart surgery... and some other complications. He has been at UChealth Broomfield Hospital for over a month and absolutely loves shakes. Sobeings that he loves that they will blend anything I always frequent this Sonic. Today I went there placed my order and got upto the window to find out they couldn't break a 100 dollar bill. I managed to to have all but 1.00 to cover my order. I told theclerk at the window that I was short 1.00 and he said oh I'm sorry, and was oh so glad to cancel the rest of my order that Icouldn't cover. I won't be going back there again. In all my years in fast food, restaurants, and retail not once did Ihumiliate or cancel an order if they were short 1.00, especially if was our fault we didn't have the change. Of course I can'trecall that happening very often. I wasn't looking for a hand out, but a helping hand would have been nice. Read more

When you order a churro shake and somehow on the order line it becomes a hot dog that may have been bitten into and mozzarella... sticks. I appericate the attempt and the funny story for years to come but advise all to check the bag and receipt. I learnedtonight I need to step up my fast food order communication game and go with my gut if it doesnt feel right.Sometimes your ordera churro shake and life gives you a hot dog and you make the best of it. This is one of the worst experiences I have had at any establishment period. They ignored the order boxes for 15 minutes before... telling us that they weren't taking orders from the boxes and we had to go through the drive through. One of the employeeshosted a colorguard meeting outside while brining her entire team free food. The drinks were all made wrong. We paid for theblasts and less than an inch into the cup it was all vanilla ice cream. We decided to sit outside and enjoy our food and theyturned the lights off on us??? They are still open for over an hour. The girl standing right in front of the window is chewinggum into the food she is making and glaring at us. These employees have an incredible attitude problem and unhygienic practices.They have signs everywhere saying they're hiring and it seems about right as this entire staff needs to be fired asap.
