Good example of a reliable chain. Nothing magical, but better than average for chain sandwiches.
Usually a pretty decent sandwich shop. Delivery is convenient. Especially since JJs doesn?t deliver up this far. My only... complaint? Cook the freaking potatoes in the potato salad all the way!!! Will mot being doing delivery from this place ever again. Subs took over an hour to get here and our warm subs were cold. We... live 5 minutes away. Called and spoke to Ashley and gave unbelievable excuses as to why it took so long. We even tipped 4dollars on a 20 dollar order in addition to paying 3 dollars for a deluvery fee. Do not use their delivery service and go inperson! What a total joke. Read more

Staff was very friendly but man was the sandwich a disappointment. It literally had ONE piece of Turkey Deli meat. If I wanted... all lettuce I would of gotten a salad?not a sandwich. Read more
We get SM delivered pretty often and have never had a bad experience. The food is always good and the order is always correct.
Friendly service but lousy food. A 7 dollar wrap with A TON of lettuce and barely anything else (see picture). Also the cheddar... broccoli soup was the worst I've had anywhere. Tasted like lukewarm and bland queso with some broccoli thrown in. Yuck. Read more
