I have been eating here for well over a decade, by far one of my favorite restaurants to take my family to. Unfortunately, it... has gotten to a point where I can no longer afford to eat at Rositas. They seem to be revamping their image as Colorado morphs into a foodie destination. I noticed upscale dishes and new menus my... last visit. Have been a customer since they were off of 84th and Federal. Great specials, want to try the ribs on my nextvisit. Read more
I ordered the super burrito (beef) had it delivered by Uber eats. I took one bite and it made me gag. I thought maybe it tasted... bad because I wasn?t feeling well. I asked my son to try it and he also gagged and spit it out. Not sure what was wrong, but itwas so bad that I?ll never be able to try this place again. Hands down the worst Mexican restaurant I have ever visited. The margaritas were not good. The salsa tasted literally like it... was mixed with marinara sauce. The tacos had 0 flavor and were cold. The service was horrible also as the waitress ran offquickly every time she visited the table without letting us put in an order or ask for anything.I hope the owners of therestaurant read their reviews and do something to change the restaurant because I?m not the first person to leave a review andalso say that I will never be visiting Rositas in my life again. Service was not good, had to stand up for 2 minutes to get attention of the waitress. When she finally came over she tried to... hand us the check when we really needed more drink and were still eating. Husband ordered 3 tacos and only got 1. Meat had noflavor. Too back the service was so bad and food had no flavor, it was a nice location and nice atmosphere. Not a place wewill ever go back to. Read more

I was excited to try this place, I saw they had New Mexican green Chile. The service was fine, the decor was cute. The salsa is... definitely pizza sauce as others noted, which is strange. The queso was really bland. The spicy green chili was not good, nospice or flavor at all. The shredded chicken was really dry and not seasoned. The guacamole it came with was not good, justcold and not from fresh avocados. The rice looked like it was weeks old, dry and crusty. The margarita tasted likesoap. Still, service was nice, decor was cute and the pizza sauce was free! Read more
