Been ordering from here for a year. I will find another one that listens to me when I place my order. The first pizza was... totally wrong the second pizza was also totally wrong. Both in one night. The manager is extremely rude and loves to hang up onyou. When you order the same pizza all the time and it shows up when you give your phone number you would think that they wouldpay attention to what you always get order. I am done with these jokers. It?s Pizza Hut. I?m sure the goal is to make sure each item is consistent and always tastes the same. I only ever order online... for carry out but it?s always ready on time and tastes as it should. Asked us to come pick up the pizza because they were short staffed. Then kept our online delivery tip for themselves. My wife... went to pick up and had to wait an additional time after they told us 15 minutes. Ended up being 40 minutes... Every time I order from this location, even if I order ahead. It takes them 20+ minutes more than the schedule time it says... it?ll be ready. I?m sorry but especially if someone orders a pizza for two hour from now and you still can?t have it ready ontime it?s very unprofessional. Read more

Every time we order jalapenos on the side we never get them. This last order arrived late, no jalapenos and our two pizzas were... cold. Wings weren't even hot. Not even edible. $60+ bill and it was terrible. Don't think we will do that again. Read more
