Prior to discovering this McDonald's, I personally had not liked dining in any McDonald's restaurants for some time. However the... staff and mangers of this location have shown to be very friendly, extremely patient, and do a good job getting orders outpromptly. They also work as a great team together. Which shows in the cleanliness of the restaurant, the positive moods of thestaff, and how efficiently they handle major rushes. I'm very impressed with them. Especially since most fast food places thesedays, have been abusing the pandemic as an excuse for increasingly poor service. Read more
Last 3 times I have been here, the woman in glasses who takes my order does it perfect every time. She is extremely pleasant and... she does a fabulous job! Can't say that about other ones nearby! Read more
Honestly, the only issue I had was the time it took to take my order. I took the outside lane and they took the orders of 4... customers before me on the inside lane. When taking my order, it tool less than 30 seconds. They got my order perfect, and thefood for once in a while was phenomenal. Read more
I picked up dinner for the family and what I got was subpar to say the least, part of my order wasn't there and what I did get... was either from someone else's old order or not made correctly! No big Mac, cold limp fries, the hot & spiceys had lettuce onthem and a different ticket number on them. I tried calling the store and nobody answered, so I drove back to get my orderreplaced... And still didn't get what I ordered, instead I got the same triple cheese burgers that by then were cold, they stuffed a few more not as old fries on top of the fries that I had brought back, instead of the hot & spiceys they gave me a boxof nuggets and the double cheese burgers didn't look quite as bad but the buns had a moldy taste and smell.???? I guess the crewwere just to busy dancing around and making gestures of self gratification to each other ???????? to actually do their job!!!Definitely not a good experience. Read more
I just had the BEST experience at this McDonald's then I have ever had! In the past there have always been mistakes in my orders... or it took forever to get it but and especially during breakfast but this time today 04/24/2022 was just OUTSTANDING!! I waitedliterally 4 min two to order my food and two min to get my food everything was correct the food was hot and fresh and it wasextremely busy so I give major props to the manager and her team for such a great job and a wonderful experience. I am just inawwww. Please never let that manager leave as she knows how to run a team and to run a team well!!!! Read more
If i could give them zero stars I would, they are hiring but don't give u hours and actually take u off the schedule DONT APPLY... HERE!! I'm sure another fast food place would value you more, they also have cockroaches and rats and still serve food to thepublic. Mia is the only good manager. All other managers are ???? ????
