This place needs to rethink their people they hire. They don?t care about your order or their jobs. Can?t give me all my items... or follow what I want extra and none of. Then forget both your fries and when you go back they only give you one. Never comingback. Read more
Not going to spend too much time talking about this McDonalds since I already wasted too much money on the literal trash food... here. We've had stale buns, cold beef patties, "quarter pound" beef patties that are more like 1/8th pound, cold large friesthat had only enough fries to fill a small fries container, burgers that had a single dinky pickle slice, scraps of lettuce inBig Macs, rock hard nuggets, long waits for food when only a few customers were inside, permanent removal of self-service sodasusing the pandemic as an excuse when all other restaurants in the area have long moved on from using that excuse, and the listgoes on and on and on. This is definitely one of the two worst McDonalds in the universe. Read more
My order was: a happy meal with a cheeseburger, and 2 cheeseburgers with tomatoes and mac sauce. They didn't put meat in more... than one cheeseburger, even for a child in a happy meal. There was no time to go back. If it was a joke, then it's not funny.10.24.2022 5:11pm Read more
All 3 sandwiches made without care and missing ingredients. No napkins or dressings given or offered despite little to no sauce... in the sandwiches. The fries were cold. Truly the most disappointing McDonald's experience. Read more
Can't tell you how many egg and cheese biscuits I have ordered over the years. This one was "neat" with the cheese melted... squarely on a perfectly folded egg nestled in an unbroken biscuit. Someone took care to make my sandwich. Read more
Stop by with a trailer so was unable to go through the drive up window. Attempted the new kiosk but is wasnt working... right. Manager was very rude and said that it would be 20 minutes before he could help us if we couldn't use the kiosk. I knowit was McDonalds but a little bit of customer service would have been appreciated. Read more
Over priced for cold food. I went through the drive through and requested hot, fresh fries. The order taker assured me that they... would be fresh because it was lunch time. As I drove away I dipped in to sample the fries and they were cold and stiff. I had todrive back to the restaurant, park, and go inside. Once inside, the service was just as bad. They made me wait for the friesthat had just been pulled out of the fryer. It really wasn't busy-the people just moved slowly and carelessly about. The Big Macwas also lukewarm. I?ve come here frequently. The one consistency that this restaurant has, lousy food. The fries are always and will always be... stale. I don?t think this location would know what fresh fries tasted like if it killed them. The Big Mac, should have Big Macsauce on it. Well, it didn?t today. Or any other day. This location has no pride for the people they serve. This will be my lastvisit to this location. Period. I will go out of my way to a different location. If you want a good example or what right lookslike, take a look at the location in Lafayette Co. I?ve never had stale fries or a disappointing burger.
