Clean, professional, friendly, delicious and, yes, FAST. WHAT A tremendous crew!
Experience wasn?t terrible but not good. Went in, three people ahead of me order, then placed mine. 3 workers at the time.... There?s literally only one person taking orders and making sandwiches for all 4 customers in store. 2 ladies and visible on thefloor. One girl was just slicing meat and not caring what so ever that PAYING CUSTOMERS were inside ordering. Apparently slicingcold turkey is more important than getting the customers sandwich made in decent time. The other lady looked ABSOLUTELY lost notdoing anything, standing next to her friend slicing meat. Maybe have a talk with employees about basic customer service? I onlycomplain because I worked at JJ when much younger and that kind of stuff would never be accepted back then. Read more

This store is so dirty and nasty. They had a bag of sandwich meat oozing liquid all over the counter where they cut up... vegetables. Tomatoes were overripe and soggy but they still put them in my sandwich. The whole store needs a deep clean,including tables, floors and SPECIALLY THE KITCHEN/PREPPING area which is cluttered with plastics, grease, and liquid stuff allover floors and counters. I made an online order ETA said about 30 mins. Every time I checked it kept saying it was going to be another 10 mins. I waited... an hour and a half before I called the store and canceled my order. I was advised I would be refunded and have yet to receivethe refund. I reached out to door dash and they said they couldn?t assist with the refund. Read more
Franchise is great but when a store is lazy they flop. Fix your stores online location so we can order basic sandwiches it isnt... hard if you dont want to make a turkey sandwich then idk go become some CEO otherwise do your job its literally makingsandwiches Read more
So .... no hair band, no hat, nothing but Practically in My Lunch hair. Giving 2 stars because I didn't find any long black... hairs in my sandwich and they made it right. But I am definitely not coming back here. Educate please. But don't fire this kid.And seriously talk to the rest of the staff who clearly did not care enough. Read more
I work nearby and between myself and my team, we have ordered here regularly for the past couple years. Unfortunately, the... service has declined dramatically and the staff's responses to any feedback is denial and most recently just hanging up. Notfast and poor customer experience. Read more
