Horrible service. Very rude people! Especially that ginger lady with tattoos. It was my first time and I was the only person in... line. 3 of the workers huddled up, looked at me, and laughed. After 10 minutes, one of them came to me and asked if I anyone hadgotten my order when I was the only person. He tried to help get my order started, but was too distracted with his Bluetoothspeaker. So he left and another employee had to help. The 2nd person was okay. Went to pay and that guy purposely made sure Icouldn't understand him. He was the 3rd person that huddled up.They were still making my sandwich and that's when that ladyyelled. What do you want. I said the exact items on the menu. She continued yelling saying, "ONIONS, TOMATOES, BACON"! I'm notsure if it was a racist motive or not but I will never come here again. I cannot believe the complete lack of organization and urgency that we experienced at this store. Two employees were standing... behind the counter leaning while we waited over 20 minutes for our sandwiches. And then when we finally got them, one was notonly the complete wrong sandwich, it didn?t have any lettuce, cheese, tomatoes nothing. We had to wait an additional ll 10minutes for our order to be taken even when we were the first in the line. This was because the woman taking orders wasn?t atthe register, she was slicing meet while attempting to take orders while the other two kids behind the counter just stood andwatched. When we finally got the ?corrected? sandwich, it had the wrong sauce on it. This store needs to reevaluate theirefficiency and their customer service. Read more

Disappointed that there is some bad reviews because every time I have visited, the food and service have been superb. The place... is always clean and I am always greeted with friendliness and a great attitude. And come on..the subs are delish and fabulous!Thank you!! Read more
