Just did a pick up order. bone in wings and fries. Asked for wings TWICE to be well done/crispy. The skin seems almost ... “raw” and the fries were raw. Cold white in color still. Every time we go there which is about once a year because of thisthere is always an issue with the wings. Cold. And undercooked. Which is a shame because you do have some pretty goodwings/flavors. The new smoked wings with dry rub options are insanely good. And the chocolate dinosaur cake is still the best one in the state.... Super attentive servers even when busy. Very impressed. Read more
Ive been coming to this Hooters at least once a week. I never have a bad time or a bad experience. The service is fast and... wonderful. The food is delicious. The Girls are attentive, kind, and helpful. I highly recommend this Hooters location. :) Read more
This was the best experience we have ever had at a Hooters! We have never been to this location. We do not have one in Iowa so... we go to the Omaha locations occasionally. Our waitress, who goes by T I believe made our experience tonight. She was on top ofeverything, and had built great rapport with us. I decided to switch up my sauces on my boneless wings tonight and glad that Idid. I typically play it safe and get what I know I like but after speaking with T, I decided on spicy garlic and hot Buffalo.The wings were so hot and crispy. I loved the spicy garlic! Our servers name was Erica. She was attentive and friendly. We didn't have to ask her for refills on our drinks because she was... on it. The manager also did rounds to make sure we were satisfied. We came on my husband's birthday, and I loved theembarrassment he got when they same Happy Birthday. We got a 50 piece wings, lemon pepper and hot they were cooked perfectly.The fries were great as well, overall very pleased with everything. Read more
