Food is great. We love it. But, do not tip for a take out order until you have opened your bag and checked everything BEFORE YOU... LEAVE. The last three times, including tonight, they left out food. That is not a big deal in the broad scheme of life. Thereis no recourse and it just feels wrong to not get what you paid for and then tip on top of it. Read more

I brought my friends and family to Fuzzy's Taco Shop today for dinner. The food was great and the vibe was good. I used my... points to get free fajitas today. I Love the Wednesday hump points. The place was clean and the employees are friendly. I reallywould like to see employees wear a badge so can can give them compliments. Feel very disrespected by Katrina (who is the manager). Drove all the way from Fort Collins to visit my mom for a nice dinner .... Ordered 2 beers and tacos. The food came out before the tacos and I told my mom I?d go inside to grab our beers. I was standingat the bar for 20 minutes while our food got cold. Katrina ignored me and was told by staff that I ordered 2 beers and shecontinued to pretend I wasn?t there. My poor mother finished her cold dinner alone while I was inside. I came out and then atealone to send my mom back for beers. They still weren?t ready. Ultimately after 40 minutes we asked for a refund on our beersand Katrina was very rude and offered no apology. This woman should not be in management and should find profession not withcustomers that she enjoys. Really hope no one else has this experience. Would love to hear back from Jack who Katrina said isher manager. Love fuzzies, absolutely stunned at how this location is ran. Read more

Our family went here on Tuesday. We waited 45 minutes for our food. Some of our food sat in the window for 20 minutes. It was... all cold when we got it. Spoke to a manager whom said we would receive a giftcard by email within 24 hours. We still have notreceived it. Awful experience. Read more

Sarah was the most attentive and cool bartender I?ve experienced at fuzzys. She checked on everyone religiously and still had... time to chat and make me and everyone else at the bar feel special. 3 different groups of patrons came in specifically for her.She must be at op notch tender and just today ???????? UPDATE: Emailed the representative in the comments 2 weeks ago. No reply. Dropping from 2 stars to 1 star. Ordered take out.... Got home and discovered that much of the order was wrong. One order was missing the rice side, and one order was completelywrong (it was some kind of build-your-own chicken taco plate vs the steak burrito we ordered). Beans were overcooked, underseasoned, and cold. In fact, everything was a bit cold and under seasoned. A very disappointing meal, especially considering thecost. Read more

This place is awesome! The set up is easy, you walk in place your order find a seat and they will give you a vibrating monitor... when your food is ready. Atmosphere is very lively. Music playing over loud speakers, must've been happy hour because there wasa large crowd drinking and enjoying themselves. Televisions throughout the restaurant displaying different sports. Food was ofthe chain. Fresh, hot and well seasoned. Definitely worth trying and even more returning on a regular basis. Read more
