I would also agree quality has gone down hill. I ordered 3 of the turkey, alvacado and bacon bagel sandwiches. We requested that... they be toasted and they weren?t. The lettuce was black on the edges. Not sure what kind of turkey you all switched too but itsucks. Also the alvacado spread really? you might of not even put anything on it. Read more

Had the farmhouse, was super yummy. Coupled it with the Chocolate cold brew shake, also very tasty. Love the location. Bathrooms... were clean. Servers were pleasant. Would go again. Read more

Absolutely the worst service imaginable. Has gotten my order wrong every time. Drive thru gets priority to walk-ins. Wait time... for a buttered bagel 15+ minutes when I?m the only walk-in customer. Read more

I haven't been to Einsteins in a while. Quality has gone downhill. This is their everything bagel. It's missing the everything.... And part of the bagel ;) Service was not good either. Thus 2 stars. Read more

Honestly one of the worst experiences I?ve ever had at an Einstein. We ordered a breakfast sandwich, a green chili bagel and a... hash brown bagel and when the order was read back to us they read back Asiago bagel instead of green chili. We corrected themand they said they?d fix it. We got to the window, paid and upon looking at the receipt saw they rang up an Asiago bagel soagain, we confirmed that it was green chili and they said yes they fixed it. We waited 15 minutes for our food as we sat at thewindow and once they gave us the bag we drove off. Upon checking the food they did in fact give us the Asiago bagel. They didn?tgive us the hash brown bagel and instead we got one single hash brown that was not cooked and completely rock hard and frozen.The breakfast sandwich had chorizo on it that was also still frozen. Usually I don?t have any issues with Einstein?s but thislocation is a new one for me so I know now not to return. I urge everyone to check their food before driving off which was mymistake. We've been to this location a million times. Usually, things are good, but today my chocolate chip bagel was flat and didn't... look fully baked. The strawberry schmear was scant. My daughter and husband's orders were fine. Also, my sweet bagel and schmearalways taste vaguely like onions. Makes me gag. Perhaps an everything bagel is sliced before mine? The bagels are excellent of course, but I'm not a fan of Caribou coffee - I wish the chain still offered Einstein's much better... roast. The bagels we ordered came out quickly. Not super warm, but they tasted good. The server remembered to prepare the twocups of water that I ordered, but not the coffee. After waiting about 5 minutes, the first person I asked about it said "It'llbe coming up" without checking anything, then I waited about 5 minutes longer before someone else politely got it for me andapologized.
