Every time I come here it is always the best customer service. Even today with a line that almost reached Walmart, I still got... the nicest customer service and the guy handed me blue and orange straws for a broncos Sunday! Read more
Worst experience ever. I got an iced latte for my son as a special treat, and a regular latte for me. The wait was a little... long, so they had a guy come outside the building to expedite orders/paying. I wasn't given a receipt, and by the time I got tothe window the flies were unbearable. This was at 10:30pm, so it's not exactly when flies should be awake. The two girls in thecoffee shop seemed overwhelmed, and tried to give me the order for the guy behind us, and then realized they hadn't made myorder. I noticed one girl wasn't dressed appropriately for dealing with hot drinks or food handling. Her clothes looked like shemissed laundry day and wore her "cleanest" dirty clothes. Neither drink tasted right. They both had a "brown water" flavor butno real coffee flavor. I think the milk might've been off too. Neither of us drank our drinks. I emailed the company to complainand provided the date, time, amount and description of the experience. All I got back was a request to know the date and time ofmy visit, like I hadn't already provided that in the info. They also wanted the receipt number, but of course since I didn't getone (and I told them that) it never went anywhere. I'm leaving this review because I drove by this location last night and ithad a huge line of cars, so I feel like people need warned. This Dutch Bros sucks. Whether you like Starbucks or not, at leasttheir drinks are consistent and they don't have a fly problem, and I've been to Starbucks all over the state. This is only thesecond Dutch Bros I've been to and I won't ever go back after this visit. Read more
As with every Dutch Bros I?ve ever been to, there are plenty of extremely helpful and friendly staff. We got stuck behind a car... that was either placing a huge order or just taking forever, but someone brought our drinks out to us so that we didn?t have towait any longer. I love how they come out to take your order while you?re waiting in line, but I hate how you can?t view thefull menu unless you go online, and it takes forever to click through all of the drinks if you?re not sure what you want. And,at this location there seemed to be terrible service, both on my phone and my girlfriend?s. So if possible decide what you wantbefore you get there! Read more
Went here for the first time ever. It was hot, so a cold iced coffee sounded refreshing on a day such as this. I pulled up and... so many options. I told the woman it was my first time what do you recommend? She said butter pecan! I go up to pay and shesaid, this is your first time you say? I reply, yes it is. She then proceeds to tap on the POS and hands me my free largecoffee. I was shocked and very great full. I offered to pay but she said to write a review upon receiving this drink and let usknow what you think! That was yesterday, and it was one of the best flavored iced coffees in a while.
