Average at best. We ordered some Pit Dip sandwiches on a Saturday night. They were supposed to have carmelized onions. What we... received were raw onions. We ordered it for pick up and didn't know until we got home. Also one dessert was switched for anotherone without notifying us or asking our preference. Disappointing. Not happy. I ordered two plate dinners, which, with tip, came to $42. My meal was supposed to be a three meat plate - ribs,... brisket and turkey. Someone else picked it up because I was working. What I received was a two meat dinner - no ribs! I called,the manager who seemed less than apologetic - I get it, they probably get people looking for freebies. I only asked to get arefund for the difference between a 2-meat and 3-meat dinner. Maybe a couple bucks. I was assured that it would happen thatevening because it was a back house thing - whatever that means - I don't care. But it's now into the 3rd day and ... nothing! Iunderstand mistakes happen. First, I was disappointed at not getting ribs. Then a bit put off by what I perceived as a lack ofsincerity. Now, I'm upset at being blown off entirely. The food I DID get was great. I came very close to buying a franchise andpart of me still thinks maybe I should have taken the plunge. The food really is very good! super delicious food! ask for the deal of the day and you can save money because it comes with 2 sides and a drink! the sandwich... i tried was brisket with the spicy sausage, it came with cheese and pickles and onions are optional. definitely try theirbrisket chili as a side for $1 extra. mac and cheese was yummy. sweet tea tasted great and i love how it comes with the yellowcups you can reuse. i also loved the complimentary ice cream cone afterwards :) Read more
Not impressed with their service. If youre going to have a online update, you have to actually update it for your guests. Called... to get an update, thinking maybe they were just busy on a Sun afternoon, and they said itd been ready for 20 min - no updatefrom app, email, etc. When I got to the store, I opened the door and not one complete step in got bombarded by ?you have to havea mask? by more than 1 employee at same time. No hello or welcome, just a shout in my direction. Ill gladly take my businesselsewhere for an ounce of customer service. Plus some actually wings - not quite sure what you call these. Read more

Our first time trying, and the food was great. We ordered online and did receive a meal incorrect. Sides were a little small and... the backed potato was huge.
