Some of the WORST costumer service I have ever ever experienced! No body wants to work. My family and I were dining in and they... were so inconvenienced to ever take my order. Than they gave us a number and told us to have a seat and they would bring us ourfood. I guess that means it will sit on the counter until you come get it while everyone sits behind the counter chatting it up!Than the food was cold and the hamburger patty is so thin you can?t even taste it. I could keep going on about our awful visitbecause there?s so much more but I?ll just leave it here. I personally will go the extra few miles to Freddy?s next time. Read more
Will try to give this place another try. My first impression was that the burgers are too thin for the price, didn't fill me up.... The line was pretty long out the door. The waiter didn't bring all our food, and forgot multiple times. Read more
Ate fish and chips. The fish is excellent. The best yet. The fries were frozen fries. The tarter sauce was good in sealed... container. The coleslaw looked good. I don't eat it. Read more
Ordered 2 meals in the drive thru and was asked to pull forward. We sat there and watched at least 9 vehicle's that arrived... after us leave with their orders. We finally got a new employees attention and 20 minutes after our order was placed we receivedour order. After getting home we realized they charged us for separate items ( $35.00) instead of meals and of course it wascold and hard. How sad ???????????? Read more
I don't know what team you have right now, but I went through the drive thru at 7:30 and the person taking my order had no... hospitality and I had to scream my order at them 3 times. Then I got my order, the bacon on my burger was literally black, thefries were cold, not cooked all the way and they were crumbs. I got maybe 5 actual fries that weren't shredded up. Reallydissatisfied with this visit. On top of that my previous visit I didn't even get what I ordered. Kinda depleting with your guys'standards in employees nowadays. I ordered the Culvers delux, fries, and a chocolate shake. I really enjoyed my food and wished we had one closer to me. I though... in n out service was good but this place is a step up for sure.
