I am a big fan of this location. We always get Kenny as our server. He's the best, we never have an issue he is always moving... but very rarely misses the needs of his guest. Usually one of the better locations, but tonight was different. Ordered for curbside pick up, no one ever came out after I... checked in? sat for 20+ min. Apparently I wasn?t the only one since two others walked out angry after finds by their food to besitting on the shelf. Know what happens when you put hot fries and a a freshly grilled burger in poorly vented plastic and leaveit on a counter for twenty minutes? It looks a lot like my cold soggy dinner. I?ve worked food industry for a long time andusually give a lot of slack as a customer, but for the price this was especially bad. Also, the young woman working curbsideneeds some guidance in how to approach unhappy customers. She clearly didn?t pick up on the anger of the man before me. Read more
This is one of the better Chilli's locations to eat at. We had a party of 23 to celebrate an anniversary and they had no problem... acommadating us. The food was delicious. Only issue was the fried foods were a little more oily than usual. Overall great staffand experience. Read more
Food was for pick up. Food was brought out 20 minutes past the pick up time. French fries & kids pizza were cold. Lettuce on the... hamburger and chicken sandwich was brown. We order Chili's 2x a month. Food is usually pretty good and service has not been anissue previously. Cars were lined up waiting for pick up orders, so they were probably short on help. Think they were justhaving a bad day. Was very disappointed, but will return....hopefully this was a one time event. Read more
I have had decent food from here if you dine in. But if you door dash anything beware that 85 percent of the time there will be... an issue with something. Today I ordered a sirloin steak medium well and when I got it, it was well done on one end and thenrare in the middle. The fries also tasted like they have been under a heat lamp for quite sometime. Quick seating, quick food, and always consistently the same delicious dishes. We got the dip trio appetizer, chicken crispers... entree, and Cajun chicken pasta entree. We get this everything we visit Chili's. Will say their queso is better than their whitequeso. Read more
Every time I come here I always receive excellent service. Staff is always polite, food is brought out at appropriate times and... while nice and hot. Waitresses/waiters are always friendly and food is always super tasty. Because I have the chili?s rewards Iget a free drink every time.
