I walked up and asked for a water cup (the vending machine was sold out of water bottles and the drinking fountain was barely a... trickle), the young man at the register handed me a used, dirty plastic cup. I asked if I could please have a clean one, a womanwalked out from the back and said that if I wanted to clean cup I would have to buy a soda. I just wanted a drink of water totake a pill and because it was 100 degrees. I don't expect much professionalism from the staff but they set my expectations evenlower. If you don't want to let anyone drink your precious water, fine, but don't hand out filthy cups. Read more
First time trying. There was no one in line when I arrived. I waited about 5 mins to place my order. There was one person... waiting on food. After over 15 minutes I received my food and I left. I was very disappointed when I arrived home and openedmy food. Very little meat, dry and not very good. Sign says ?# one cheesesteak in the world?. Not even close. Read more
Attempted to swing by for a lemonade this evening and both employees working made eye contact but made no effort to help us.... Just discouraging to see this during my first interaction. Sadly, I fear this place will fade just like the McDonald's didbefore. Read more
I stood there waiting for 25 mins finally went up asked where my food was it was good for one person it shouldn't take so long.... They gave it to someone else so I waited another 20 mins and ranch and cheese wasn't in the bag the manager argued with theother workers saying it was it wasn't. Get my food home it is horrible the sandwich so soggy the cardboard box was wet on theoutside! This location just sucks ! Read more

Sandwiches were ok. I'm glad I ordered the philly with extra meat because it wasn't that full. I would hate to see what the... regular looks like. The turkey and bacon was pretty good. If you pay with a card, then you're expected to pay at least 18%gratuity. Not sure why.. They don't offer restrooms to wash your hands before you eat, they were kind of slow and they don'tserve you like restaurant would. Plus every time someone bought a drink... The stack of cups kept falling on the floor. The kidwould pick them up and stick them back in the holder. There are billions of germs on public floors!
