Food was amazing. Love this place. I got a green and grain bowl with braised lamb. Lots of healthy options. On food alone, this... place is a five. But it fell short of a five overall because no one was eating inside, yet many of the tables were sittingdirty, the trash was over flowing and the floor needed to be swept. And it wasn't too busy for someone to clean (no one was inthe place when I came in). It seemed like it was clean by the food though, so I guess that is the most important part, right?! Read more
Very tasty Mediterranean bowls. Fresh, healthy and not to heavy. Great. 4/5 point because bowls don?t come in kids sizes and $45... for 3 bowls and 2 beverages felt a bit steep. Read more
Really good food. A little challenging to hear the employees behind the counter when ordering, but that really is my only... complaint. Restaurant was clean, beverage choice was excellent. Think Mad Greens, but Greek genre. Will definitely return. Read more
Cava is delicious, healthy, and each meal is highly customizable (think Mediterranean Chipotle). There's a large selection of... fresh ingredients and it's easy to make both vegetarian and vegan meals with their rice, lentils, falafel and roasted veggies.It's usually my go to for a healthy, quick meal, and up until my last few visits would be a 5-star restaurant. However, the lastfew visits the portion sizes have decreased (half scoop of rice, small pinch of greens), they've omitted my pitas twice, and thewait time during prime time is really long. (There's often only one person on the line making bowls and they, understandably,seem burnt out and a little frazzled.) Prices are up everywhere, so it makes sense they've gotten more expensive here too, butbetween the higher prices and the reduced portion sizes, my visits going forward are going to be fewer and farther between. It was our first time ordering here and we were hoping to find a neighborhood staple. But unfortunately the pictures were very... deceiving and the reality did not match up to our expectations. I ordered the roasted vegetables but instead of getting a niceserving as pictured, I got about four raw chunks the size pictured on my fork. I also got a couple cauliflower florettes butthey were not whole and they were the little tiny ones that grow off the bottom of the stem. The meatballs were a little redinside and they were definitely not big and char grilled like the pictures show. The olives were also microscopic. Great food! Good customer service. I don't love the added cost for some of the proteins, but I feel like that's par for the... course. We'll be making this a frequent lunch place for us. They have set bowls that you can tweak, but build your own bowlsare where it's at. Read more
This was my first time here, and the gentleman creating my bowl was extremely helpful and very pleasant and patient. He... explained all of the protein options an even recommended the grilled beef meatballs. I liked that for my salad bowl I was ableto get a mixture of greens, and they allow you to get half and half on many of the options. Everything was well seasoned and themeatball temperature was hotter than the chicken (which could've been more warm than it was), but was still pretty good. I don'tdrink sugary sodas, so I was happy to see they have sparkling water along with a nice selection of natural juices! The pricepoint for my meal was under $11, so definitely a better/healthier option to other places! I highly recommend this place! Read more
My first time here for lunch on a Wednesday. There was a long line, and it was moving very, very slow. I decided to stick it out... because I wanted to try it. I was not disappointed.
