Everytime I'm in this store I have nothing but the best experience. I love the staff and environment. Always clean. Always... helpful. And even when they are busy they still get food out faster than 95% of other restaurants. Erica the manager is the bestworker and always gives me the best service. 10/10 RECOMMEND OVER IN-AND-OUT. Ordered in the app for drive-thru pickup. Got to the drive-thru and was instructed to park by the front doors. Initially an... order that wasn't mine was brought to the car. After 20 minutes, I got out to see what the delay was just as they brought thefood. Food was fresh and mostly accurate but the drinks had about 4 ice cubes and didn't stay cold. None of the sauces for thenuggets were included. Also not the first time the service has been slow, but it was a special treat for a family member. Read more

We visited here and ordered a double sourdough star, but only got a single. Then accepted the upcharge for the cookies and... didn't receive those either. Unfortunately didn't check the bag before we left but basically paid an extra $5 for absolutely noreason. Had it been busy I wouldn't complain but there was only one other person in line ahead of us so what's the excuse?Unfortunately this isn't the first time this has happened at this location either. A very sad day. Love Carl's junior. But can no longer go to the one on a 136th Avenue In orchard. Service is getting so bad and... the wait time so long I'd rather sit for an hour at in-and-out for a crappey Burger. Maybe one of the burgers wrong but couldoverlook tomatoes on it. Forgot one of the burgers in the order And then they asked for the burgers back and try to give me theones that were OK. After in-and-out of the car a couple times I just asked them to make new ones please. It was easier to get my$30 back than to deal with it I will still go to other Carl's junior still Read more
