I've never had issues with this location before today. I'm so bummed, I ordered a 20/20 bundle which includes fries. I also... ordered my birthday wings which comes with 6 free wings. However to my disappointment neither the fries nor my birthday wingswere in the order when it arrived. I've called the restaurant multiple times where no one will answer the phone. This place was pretty decent when it first opened but has just been going downhill. Is this place still even open anymore? I... would call on Thursdays for BOGOs and either no one picks up or they just flat out hang up on me. If I try to order online thenthe order would come up as "unavailable" at checkout. Forget about customer service; the service itself is justnon-existent. Update: Of course the only outreach is a robot copy and pasting the same reply to every review that gave them asingle star. The worst experience I have ever had, I had a take out order and I picked up late I knew my gold was probably going to be cold... that wasn?t the problem. The problem was that I reviewed my order and they didn?t pack my fries nor my veggies, when I asked thegirl for my missing food she was upset she gave me some really cold fries from the back and then refused to give me my veggies.She claimed that they were all out, and someone from the back threw her some veggies bags for her to package and she didn?t woregloves and she basically tossed my food at me. We love Buffalo Wild Wings but this encounter put a bad taste. We were there on9/10/2022 around 7:30pm. I would like someone to reach me. Read more
With the amount people grossly overcharge for wings anymore, I can't give ANY wing place more than a 3 star, a 3 star would be a... 5 if it wasn't for the price that any wing place charges per half a wing. Anyway, I've had this place once, and that's onlybecause when I was early into doing Door Dash, not 2 minutes after picking the order up, it got cancelled on me (Which is kindof nice cause I still get like half the pay I would have gotten, and also I can't bring back the food, they'd just throw it awayanyways, they have to.) so I got to enjoy the wings myself. I don't remember what flavor it was, but it had a good flavor and adecent kick, so while my mouth was on fire, it tasted really good! Anyways, that's all I got here. Read more
Got to go order, half of my order was missing on my kids meal. Got an empty cup, like what do I do with it?! Called place and... they told me to come and pick up fries that it was missing instead of sending me them thru Uber eats. So disappointed. Read more
Ok so earlier today I ordered Buffalo Hot wings, I have been having a really hard morning and long night. after picking it up... and getting home I almost cried. I?m not sure if this is how you guys usually make your buffalo boneless chicken but it washorrible and dry and tasted nothing like buffalo :( Just like regular chicken strips. We have gone to this place probably 20 times for no explicable reason other than it is really close to work and everything else... in the area is Mexican restaurants...which are great but we need a break. We have never walked out of there and had our ordercorrect. Never has it been that we accidently got something we didn't order. I now usually check the orders before I leave butI pick up for others and I don't know exactly what they ordered and apparently neither does BW3. They are constantly out ofitems "the truck hasn't come in yet"...They sell Wings & Tenders! How hard is that to keep in stock? There is a new managerseemingly every few months. The order today took 29 minutes and there were 2 other people there. $16 for tenders & fries nodrink. I've said it before but this was the last time. Read more
