My icecream was scooped with no gloves then my ice cream was pushed down with her bare hand into the cup. As someone who has... contamination OCD I immediately cried after getting in my car, I paid 7.00 to cry after already having a bad day.... PLEASE USEGLOVES! Every time I come here for a mangonada they ?don?t have the stuff to make it? One of the times they saw how much I was looking... forward to having it and they responded with ?oh let me check in the back? To our surprise they had it! It seems like they arejust too lazy to make it, or they have some sort of inventory problem. I only have this issue at this location. They went out of their way to make a special order cake for my son's birthday! It was so amazing and delicious.

I found a hair in my I cream. No one was wearing gloves, or hair nests there was 2 men and a woman working, one of the men... continued to run his hands through his hair multiple times then continued to scoop ice cream with out a glove on or anything. Read more
