Came in around 645 pm on 10/24 Ordered French dip and the real rib sandwich 6 piece mozzarella sticks and 6 jalapeño poppers ... went to the window got our food they forgot to put ajus sauce and they asked if I wanted sauce and I asked for ketchup and ranchand they never gave us sauce so went home and opened the bags to find they shorted me 3 cheese sticks from my order and openedmy rib sandwich and that was ice cold frozen to the touch not even warm the cheese wasn?t even melted it was still cold and thebun was burnt I come to this location often and it usually takes a few mins to get food and this came out so fast I should ofchecked everything so that is on me for not checking because it was so fast but that meal was $10 at least for the rib sandwichand it was ice cold frozen ruined do better Arby?s Read more
The lady at the drive thru was so high on something she couldn't even talk and she couldn't even stay still much less we ordered... proceeded to the window where she said she didn't know what to tell us but they don't have no one of the food we want like youhave no sliders not classic melts nothing just so high and didn't or couldn't do anything I need Arby's to respond on this one Read more
Cold, Stale. Food was delivered to me. I got leftover morning fries. Cold untouchable Sandwich. Unacceptable. Do Better
I arrived at 845 pm and was told that the dining room was closed. I reluctantly went to drive thru. That was a mistake. Food was... cold. Did not receive ketchup or au jus sauce for the French dip. Order taker was rude. Service was slow. Was not asked whatkind of sauce for the nuggets. I had forgot to ask them. So I had no sauce for the nuggets. A BAD experience. Read more
I went to this arbys at 11:30 am on 06/05.... it said it was open at 10. Nobody was there . Not a single person . I waited about... 15 or so min as I was on my lunch . Nobody ever showed . Read more
When in to order watched half my good sit on the back counter for over 10 minutes waiting for fries while I watched 7 orders... with fries all who order after through drive through get their food while mine sat there. Also asked for bbq and arby sauce. Got2 arby and 1 bbq. Staff was slow and not organized. Won't be coming back to this one. Read more
They smashed our beef and cheddar sandwiches, looks like a car ran over our sandwiches, they were not fresh, my potatoe cakes... were old tasting. The wrapper on one had a hole in it, they were also on the cold side. Every time we go there. The people atthe window are very unfriendly. Read more
