Service was slow! Drive thru attendant was courteous. The short lady who was working with her not ao much. Extremely rude! We... ordered Shakes and when we got them they were already melted. I asked for fresh shakes and she almost threw them at me andslammed the window so hard I thought it would shatter! I understand being slammed and overwhelmed but these workers do not haveto be rude to the people who help provide them with job security! Read more

Used to be great, but went down hill fast. Lobby closed, woman at the window rude, French dip was on the little tiny beef and... cheddar bun, but still charged full price. Disappointed for sure. Read more
The line took so long to have us order that we ended up just pulling through the drive through and not putting in an order.
Good food but it?s 11 for the medium chicken bacon meal... the chicken was small. Would have been 5 if the chicken was the size... of the bun. I didn?t pay $11 for a bun and a tiny bit of chicken... well never mind, I guess I did. Almost forgot to mentionthat there was one slice of bacon broken in half on it it. Went to drive thru and was greeted by a very pleasant person. She helped with the order and made a good suggestion; however I... would have appreciated the info about a promo I would have ordered instead. Moving onto the kid serving at the window, well nowhe had the personality of a carrot. No emotion and didn't care about anything or anyone. I asked him a few questions and EVERYanswer started with "huh?". I don't have patience for that response! As for the food, yes they managed to screw up a 3 itemorder.
