The quality of food have declined at this place. Chicken is terrible, very hard and chewy undercooked, overcooked, or left... uncovered for too long. Plastic utensils they give are very cheap quality and too small to eat with. I won't be coming back hereagain. Read more
So I had my bf go get some food for us and he went during the afternoon on the weekend when a women was on shift. I was saying... my order to him through FaceTime like a regular day so he knows how I like it. This lady just kept talking amongst me trying tohurry the order and repeating HIS order which was literally just a regular beef bowl w white rice while I was telling him what Iwanted. After she put my order in she kept trying to interrupt me by saying for here or to go, i then said loudly yes to go.once he got home and I got my food, let me tell you!! She had my bowl basically empty, barely had any rice and any meatwhatsoever. But how is it that my bf?s bowl was full to the top, she had the worst customer service. I?d advice her to listento the customers, be poilite, and be patient since those ARE the requirements AS A CASHIER. Read more
Everything about this place is great! Excellent healthy food prepared and served by friendly staff. The place is clean and the... overall experience is absolutely amazing! We showed up at 8:01pm on a Saturday night. Online says they are open until 9pm. On the window it says 9pm. 2 customers walked... up right before us and the man motioned from the kitchen that they closed at 8 and shrugged his shoulders. By 8:09 pm theemployees where gone and the place was dark. I'm not sure how many people the 2 customers were ordering for, but we were afamily of 7. It's a shame. I hope the owner/corporation was aware their employees closed early. Maybe someone should update theGoogle listing and window. Read more
I eat at flame broiler 2-5 times a week and this is the cleanest one I?ve eaten at. I get the same thing (chicken bowl to go w/... white rice & green onions) every time. I can?t vouch for the beef or veggies or tofu, but the chicken is always good. Maybe every 1 in three times that I eat here, (well, to go order) I'm pulling hair or paper out of my food when I sit down to... eat it. A used, saturated cigarette butt is the last straw. I'll never be eating there again and I wouldn't advise anyone elseto. Read more
