I went back to get a refill for coffee and the barista acted like I hadn't bought my coffee that day. When I had just purchased... it 20 minutes prior and shopped at Target. She also stated they didn't have any coffee made??!!?? Went across the street to theBolsa shop and used my free points to get a coffee. Extremely rude. Definitely won't go back. Read more
Stopped by only because I was in Target. Menu was small so I tried to stand closer to read it before deciding if I even wanted... to buy anything here. The employee kept telling me to go back to the line outside as if I was a clueless child. Real rude andannoying. But it actually helped me decide that I wouldn't wanna buy anything from here. i had ordered a pink drink with my friends but mistakenly chose the wrong size. i told one of the employees there and she said... to go up to the front and pay the extra fee. i agreed so i went up, and this RUDE GIRL said ?go to the back of the line?. me andmy friend (she was next to me because i was scared to go up to the register alone) simply explained to her that one of theemployees told is to pay really quick. she kept trying to argue with us and it was causing a mini scene. We decided to be theBIGGER person and sit down and wait. i ended up getting the size drink i want but it was still rude. please take care of this.she had blonde hair and bangs. we do NOT appreciate this behavior, and don?t want any other customers going through this. thankyou and have a nice day. This Starbucks is located inside of target which is located in Westminster mall. It has easy access from the target side parking... lot which I like. The service is ok. The coffee isn't bad and last time I didn't like how my frappe was made they offered tomake it again which was nice. I declined of course because I'm not that picky. But overall good ace to grab a cup of coffee. Read more
