Typically have good experiences at Starbucks but this location is so slow. Accepting mobile orders but then forcing you to wait... in the drive thru line. My order pick up was estimated at 8:26 but I didn't have my order until 8:45. Even more frustrating tohave someone come to the door, unlock it, hand orders to 2 people and turn everyone else away. So I was just there and asked for a tall soy white hot chocolate kids temperature. When I get to the window the barista at the... window hands me a short cup soy white hot chocolate. So I tell her didnt i order a tall and she said i thought it was a kids andi said no it was a tall soy white hot chocolate KIDS TEMPERATURE. So she said ill change it for you, so i waited she came backwith the drink and all they did was resteam it and changed it to a tall cup so i tols my son dont drink it becuase its superhot... i felt it to the touch but didnt want to make a big deal about it... so i just got home opened up the cup and see thatits filled half way! Come on starbucks your not giving me my drink i paid! Like if it was a complimentary drink ok but i paidfor a tall not short drink.... i worked at starbucks before and trust me if you really like your job youll do it correctly....baristas please i know we are human but people pay a lot of money for these drinks the least you guys can do is serve the drinkhow it is and the amount it is. 0 starts! Managers and staff are rude ! Waited in their drive thru 20 minutes. The girl at the window was arguing w a customer... took forever ! My order was over $20 I tried paying with a $50 and they really told me they couldn't give me change ! She saidall she had was $5 bills as if she really couldn't give me $15 back in 5's! Make it make sense ! Waited so long. When I told themanager how she could give me change she said no for me to call corporate and complain with them... so 20 minutes of my timewaisted for the incompetent manager to not be able to give me $15 back in change ? Like she really didn't have 3 $5 bills? RUDE!I've had issues with the bucket hat manager before ! She's so rude and disrespectful! Poor quality Starbucks! Beautiful Starbucks very impressed with the service early in the morning very busy very friendly and happy. There's plenty of... parking it's one of the largest Starbucks now they have plenty of seating inside. There's also a drive-thru and it's very closeto the 22 freeway. The bathrooms are clean and they welcome you with smiles when you walk in. I will be back. Read more
