And this is from someone... who absolutely sung their praises when they first came to California. The food was excellent but the service is terrible ,employees need to train how to treats customers.. I order shrimp popcorn and... I know it going to take awhile for the shrimp popcorn to cook so I wait patiently, 10 minutes went by so I asked the cashier, she talked to the cook and pull down my order paper still hanging on the list.. at that time, the cook run and make my food..the cashier lie to me ,stated that the shrimp take a long time to cook. I know that they forgot to make my food , instead oflying to me , the cashier should have tell me the truth and apologize I will be happy to wait.. these Popeyes locationemployees needs to be trained ASAP before losses all the customers ???? ???? ???? I?ve witnessed manager just stand there while worker takes a whole line of customers as well as be on her phone. Employees are... always great but management needs to do better they were extremely rude. Read more
